Maybe Elisha's dinner comments were not totally unfounded yesterday. I had made a zucchini cornbread casserole. Which, for the record, I thought was very good--tasted like hush puppies. Well tonight (kids in bed) I have yet another zucchini recipe to try. And Tom is making fun of my non-apple pie. Yea. He may have a point. We haven't tried it yet, but if it doesn't taste good I think I'll never hear the end of this recipe experiment!!
Our CSA is coming with another load of veggies tonight! :) Can we get a break from zucchini, please?!
